On payment of a lump sum, the puja will be performed in perpetuity for one day each year from the accrued interest. * Orphanage and Karunai Illam for poor, parentless boys who are given free meals, lodging, clothing, public education and other facilities; * Sri Subramanya Swami Government Arts College at Tiruttani supported by Devasthanam donations; * Siddha Vaidya Dispensary; and * Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Library on the site of his birth in Tiruttani town.

Hotels : Though Tiruttani has one of the six Arupadai Veedus of Lord Murugan, there is no proper and affordable boarding and lodging facilities. Just compare this place with Kanipakkam (Chittoor dist Andhra Pradesh) which has Vinayaka Swamy temple, where Devastanam has provided beautiful and clean accomodation to pilgrims at very affordable rates. When I telephoned the Devastanam, they informed that cottage would cost Rs.1500/- per day. I was shocked. Whether they are running a temple or five star hotel? You see how cheap and clean accomodation is provided by Tirupati Devastanam. You may tell TTD is rich. But even Kanipakkam temple (which is relatively smaller than Tiruttani), provides Non-AC suite for Rs.150/- and AC Suite for Rs.400/-. We are ashamed of the situation. Even smaller temples in Andhra Pradesh have their own websites giving full information for the pilgrims. But, our great Tiruttani temple does not have any website.
